You so often speak to my teaching background ❤️ I had this on my wall for decades: From our assumptions, we form our opinions. Taking our opinions, we use the principles of logic to develop arguments. And when we want to challenge the arguments, we employ Critical Analysis. ✍🏼📓📝 The Why is important!

Yes yes yes yes. And if you haven’t honed this skill, it makes it impossible to function in business, but I would argue even more impossible to function in life.

The first paragraph made me itch. The second paragraph relaxed my shoulders.

I always say in interviews that I was the kid who asked “why” all the time and it’s true. I like to think of that as an asset now, in more ways than one; I’ve made little people who now do the same.
