Not a question but a comment on the leather jacket. I happily paid full price for it and was shocked to see it still available on sale. It is a forever piece that will always be cooler than your average leather jacket but stabs the test of time. I’ve gotten so much wear and it is the piece I put on whenever I want to feel something… more cool, more relaxed, more refined, etc etc etc. The leather is beautiful and the weight is really nice. Can’t say enough good things.
I just wore the white pinch pleat dress last night to a friend’s beach club party. Leaned into your lessons on dressing like yourself but fitting into the event and I never felt more confident at her club AND received so many compliments! This was an amazing sale find for me!
Honestly its been the talk of the office how TRULY STRANGE the number of people that come out of the woodwork to complement that item when you are wearing it is crazy
A woman wrote recently that she has a dressy texas wedding on a ranch - the dress is perfect with some extreme turquoise earrings; anything black and bold would change the tone of the dress to double down on its modernity ; I work the earrings here like the color wheel - a bright yellow would be a nice sharp contrast of happy but then some big white dries van noten earrings would give it a more bohemian vibe.
I love the idea of you valve t shirt and need help with sizing. I'm a busty 36DD and about a size 8. Don't like things too tight. Should I go with a large??
The fabric is dense - it’s very rich. Heavy isn’t the right word for it….but it is definitely heavier than a light weight tropical wool. This is one I sized down on for me- I’m on the small side of a size small so I went down. You can easily layer a light wool turtleneck underneath, and of course tees, even a denim shirt I think. Its a September - April weather weight jacket speaking from a New York perspective.
4 all the way, I would normally buy the 2 even though I am your same size but trusted your video and it’s perfect, even if a tiny bit big in chest for me too!
Styling and sizing tips for the Jean Claude ballet flats? I like the idea of a ballet flat and I think they look good on others. But every time I put on a pair, it just feels too girly or matronly. These have a bit of edge especially the dark navy so I want to try. Very casual, leisurely LA lifestyle here. Thanks.
I’ve always felt the same way as you- too girly prissy. That’s why I did the cage effect- and the open back. Felt cooler with jeans, felt more chill w a skirt
I loved the looks of the flats and got them in my usual size, however, I could not tie them around my ankle. The strap was way too short. Given they’re on sale, I would be ok buying a second pair of a larger size, but not sure if the strap would be longer.
Can I ask you a question, when you tried them on where you sitting or standing? I know this sounds strange, but the number of times I see people try on an ankle strap the wrong way is astounding in that it is truly a “thing.” Often people flex their foot in a way that doesn’t allow for the strap to go around - I need to make a vide of this and post it - we did that at one time a couple years ago!

Thank you for this. I know, me too! This was so nice of you to write, I appreciate it, truly. Amy
Could not agree more. 💯 It’s the perfect leather jacket - the weight, length, style. Incredible deal is still available.
The tailoring gives the wearer presence. A well-made garment can straighten the posture before confidence has finished waking up.

Thank you for this - pulled the trigger on the dress!
I love the skirt ! I just can’t risk it on final sale :(
You mention morphing the dress with accessories. Can you explain more?

Thank you. I purchased the dress. 😀
Please let me know how it works out!

Yes. Go with large. Perfect!
Can you comment on sizing for the Virgin wool
Double zip jacket - esp considering wearing a layer under it? Also how heavy is the fabric? Thanks!

What size do you wear in the dress? X
A size 4. My mom probably would tell me to buy the 2 - its a little big on my chest in the 4 but that’s fine w me

Thank you so much! It’s absolutely gorgeous x

How is the dress on larger busted women.
Great- truly- the seaming is made for busts- I clearly don’t fill it
Out but the way it’s designed I feel like it’s still flattering on a flat chest. But the design technically is more for those with a chest
