Yes to all of this! Love your stories Amy! My sister and I have begun to show up for more these days for our mum as she’s endured two hip replacements and a mastectomy all in the last seven months, she’s still raring to go and independent at 79 years but we are convincing her it’s time to let us pay back all those years of loving and supporting us ♥️♥️
My mom always said the same thing “you can do anything you put your mind to”. She passed away three years ago but is still one of my biggest supporters in my mind. I miss her💔❤️
Your mom was my guidance counselor my senior year and she recruited me and a few students to help with those first boxes in the airport space. After I left for college and moved to Los Angeles I always enjoyed coming home and visiting the old outlet store in Redfern Village to shop and say hello to your Mom. She was usually working away in the back room talking on the phone to retailers and would pop out to ask how I was doing and show me the latest press clippings. She was always so proud of you and the brand.
Oh My. Such a beautiful story. I am determined to go to your store some day in Georgia and meet your parents!! Such a tribute. Thank you for sharing.
Yes, showing up physically!!! being there is what makes the real difference
What a beautiful story for Mother’s Day or any day! 💗
